BEO World Internship Program: Real Skills, Global Impact

BEO World supports the professional development of alumni through an Internship Program that transforms learning into real work experience.

The BEO World Internship Program offers students and alumni an opportunity to apply their skills in an international professional environment. With 20 hours of engagement per week, this initiative strengthens key competencies and builds future leaders with global purpose.

Lasting 20 hours per week, this program allows participants, known as interns, to work directly on real projects aligned with BEO World's mission. Each intern is assigned to a specific area and works under the guidance of a project leader, developing skills that complement their academic training.

More than just an internship programme, this experience functions as a talent pipeline, allowing BEO World alumni to continue their career within the organization. Since its implementation, it has contributed to the professional growth of young people and the achievement of institutional objectives.

The program establishes clear responsibilities, including daily communication with the project leader and active participation in a dedicated WhatsApp group. In addition, all interns are evaluated on a quarterly or bi-annual basis to ensure their performance. Currently, nine young people are collaborating in different areas, bringing ideas and energy to BEO World's global teams.
