How can I determine if U Next is the right programme for my students?

U Next is an excellent option for students aged 15 to 18 who are interested in exploring their academic future and experiencing university life in the United States first-hand.

The programme allows students to visit universities, interact with students and professors, and participate in workshops focused on university admissions, while strengthening their English and developing academic and personal skills in an international environment.

Is prior knowledge required to participate?

No previous knowledge of university admissions or university life is required. U Next is designed to help students explore the university environment, understand the admissions process, and develop academic and personal skills throughout the programme.

A minimum English level of B1 is required to participate.

Must students travel with their school, or can they participate individually?

U Next welcomes both students travelling with their school and individual participants. This allows students to experience the university and cultural aspects of the programme regardless of whether they are part of a school delegation.

What travel documentation is required to participate?

To participate, students must complete their registration through the portal, sign the agreement, and provide a copy of their passport to their advisor.

Immigration and visa requirements may vary depending on the participant’s nationality. BEO World does not process visa applications; these must be arranged independently by each family.

Are there any additional costs to consider outside the programme fee?

Flights are quoted separately from the programme cost, and any expenses related to visa applications must be covered by each family.

Is any preparation required before joining the programme?

No specific prior preparation is required to participate in U Next. The programme is designed for students to develop their knowledge and skills during the experience through university workshops, university visits, and immersion in New York City’s academic environment.

Does U Next support the university admissions process in the United States or other countries?

U Next provides students with tools to understand the university admissions process in the United States through specialised workshops and interaction with university environments.

However, the programme does not directly carry out or manage university admissions applications in the United States or other countries.

Does U Next guarantee admission to a university?

No. U Next does not guarantee admission to any university.

The programme is designed to help students better understand the university admissions process, explore academic options, and gain the tools needed to visualise and plan their academic and professional future.
