This year, The Masters by BEO World brought together students from around the world in a high-level international academic experience focused on business, leadership, and real-world problem solving.

More than 40 delegations from over 9 different countries participated in this year’s programme, showcasing their analytical thinking, creativity, and teamwork throughout the competition.

The Masters is an advanced international academic programme designed for students aged 16 to 18 with a strong command of English. Through a series of business-focused challenges, participants develop strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills in an environment that mirrors real professional scenarios.

Campuses Across the UK

The 2026 programme took place across two prestigious campuses:

  • Hurstpierpoint College

  • Royal Alexandra & Albert School

Both campuses provided the perfect setting for students to collaborate, compete, and fully immerse themselves in a dynamic academic and international environment.

The Challenge:

Participants received a case brief based on current global trends, requiring them to research, analyse, and develop a strategic solution. Working in teams, students designed innovative proposals that integrated key business elements such as planning, branding, and financial viability.

Throughout the programme, students were supported by coaching and mentoring sessions, where they explored essential business concepts including strategy, marketing, finance, and leadership. These sessions allowed them to build confidence, refine their ideas, and strengthen their approach.

The experience culminated in a final pitch, where teams presented their solutions to a panel, simulating a real-world business presentation environment.

Business Learning Beyond the Classroom

A key highlight of The Masters is the opportunity to connect learning with real-world experiences.

Students took part in a business visit to the American Express Stadium, home of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. During this visit, they explored how a large-scale organisation operates behind the scenes, gaining insight into areas such as operations, management, branding, and event coordination.

They learned how different departments work together to deliver a seamless experience, understanding the importance of strategy, efficiency, and teamwork in a real business environment. This visit allowed students to connect theory with practice and gain a clearer perspective of how businesses operate at a professional level.

Business Lectures & Industry Insight

As part of the programme, students attended exclusive business lectures led by industry professionals, offering valuable perspectives from real-world experience.

At Hurstpierpoint College, students had the opportunity to learn from Vicki Cunningham, CEO of JENZA, who shared her professional journey along with key insights into leadership, career decision-making, and personal growth. Her session encouraged students to reflect on their future paths and the importance of adaptability and confidence in the professional world.

Exploring the UK

Beyond the academic experience, students had the opportunity to explore some of the UK’s most iconic destinations.

They visited London, experiencing its global atmosphere, culture, and dynamic environment, and Oxford, where they were immersed in one of the world’s most prestigious academic settings.

These excursions complemented the programme by allowing students to connect their learning with real-world contexts, while also creating meaningful moments with peers from different parts of the world.

Awards & Recognition

The programme concluded with a final ceremony recognizing the outstanding performance of the participating teams.

  • Champions: Brazilian International School

  • Runner-Up: Cumbres International School San Javier

  • Best Presentation: APDE Entrevalles

Each team demonstrated exceptional analytical thinking, collaboration, and presentation skills throughout the competition.

A Transformational Experience

The Masters is more than a competition, it is an experience that prepares students for future academic and professional challenges.

Participants leave the programme with a stronger mindset, enhanced communication skills, and a deeper understanding of how to approach real-world problems with confidence and creativity.

At BEO World, we are proud to empower the next generation of global leaders through meaningful and impactful international experiences.
